Do you make endless to-do lists when you’re trying to fall asleep? Do you struggle to have tough but necessary conversations? Do you worry about trying to keep your program fully staffed?

With over a decade of experience supporting staff and providing services to my community, I’ve been where you are. Being responsible for both your team and your own daily tasks is a lot to tackle, but with the right support, it can get easier!

I spent the majority of my career working for nonprofits that serve crime survivors and it was here that I developed my ability to excel at creative problem solving, communication strategies, and increasing efficiency. My work as an executive director, project director, and trauma therapist has provided me with a unique skill set that allows me to understand where you are coming from and to help you clearly define where you want to go in the future. I pride myself on helping you feel supported through creating systems that help you AND your team!

Education:
