Healthy relationships and strong communication skills are an essential part of a meaningful life and, as we all know, relationships also take work. Working with me will go beyond the surface & you will be supported every step of the way as we do the "deep work" together. You’ll be met with an inclusive, empathic, & nonjudgemental space to understand your emotions as we work to nurture your personal relationships. We'll be the best fit if you have a willingness to deeply understand yourself, heal from past trauma, & work through conflict patterns that may be playing out in your current relationships or romantic connections.

Fear steals so much from us: our ability to breathe deeply, explore with curiosity, and connect to ourselves and others. When fear starts to take over our thoughts and choices, we often don’t quite feel like ourselves anymore. You might notice that you start to feel overwhelmed by the weight of intrusive thoughts, stress, or money, and you're not sure what to do. This is where I come in.

I'm here to support you in gaining tools to let your values lead the life you want to live and reconnect to yourself. Because so much of what weighs on us can feel heavy, I welcome humor in our sessions as a way to disrupt fear & overcome the uncertainty that often grapples with our energy.

I also value leaning into our strengths and understanding how the systems we live in impact our daily lives. I utilize an eclectic mix of trauma-informed approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response and Prevention therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Experiencing.

I specialize in working with 18+ individuals in the LGBTQ community to process identity, relationships, and past traumas in addition to supporting individuals in regaining control of their lives from OCD, phobias, anxiety, depression, and financial worries.

Outside of sessions you will find me riding my bike, exploring nature, or snuggling my cat. Curious if we’re a good fit? I offer 15min consultation calls! I look forward to getting to know you!
