1) 1:1 Leadership & Workplace Coaching

Whether this is your first time leading a team or you are a seasoned leader with decades of experience, we can all agree that supporting other people at work can pose many challenges.

In my 1:1 Coaching, I help you identify what is working and where you can use additional support. We will work together to build systems that allow you be an effective leader who creates a safe, healing space for your team.

2) Training & Technical Assistance

  • Burnout identification, prevention, and response

  • Trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive workplaces

  • Grant writing and compliance for nonprofits

3) DiSC Assessment Packages

Combining my work as a mental health expert, I offer assessments for leaders and their teams that help individuals gain more information about their work and leadership styles. I offer one-on-one and workshop-style debriefs about your DiSC results and the impact these results have on running efficient teams. DiSC is here to help you understand what you do as a leader and I’m here to help you understand where you want to go next.

4) Wellness Retreats/Workshops

For a limited number of clients, I offer a concierge service for companies that are looking to provide wellness retreats or workshops. This service is individually tailored to suit your needs and includes event planning, accommodations, individualized training opportunities, and breakout activities.

5) Culture Assessments

The first step to employee and company health is a safe and affirming culture.

This package provides clients with:

  • An evaluation

  • A mutually-developed list of short and long-term wellness goals

  • A comprehensive list of action steps to address your areas for improvement and your improve your organization’s overall wellness

  • An option to include additional support to manage the culture change process
